With 25 years of litigation experience each, Ms. DuWaldt and Ms. Kiovsky can perform virtually any task at a much lower hourly rate than that charged by national firm partners. We work with clients to come up with cost-effective ways to team with national counsel on class actions and other complex matters and have designed and successfully implemented fixed and other alternative fee arrangements.
